Typical Transactions and Timescales

My regulator requires that I indicate a brief outline of the type of services I offer and likely  timescales. This list is not an exhaustive list of my notary services.

There are normally two stages – Stage 1 – seeing the notary and notarizing the document and Stage 2 – getting the notarized documents legalized or consularized (Timescales and Stages)

Occasionally another stage may be required before legalization or consularization. Documents may require translation; qualifications may need to be verified or I might have to make enquires of third parties. Occasionally I might have to draft the document that you need to sign.
