What do I bring & how long will it take?

You will need to bring official photo identification such as your passport. You will also need to prove your address.  This is usually something like a bank statement, credit card bill, mortgage statement or utility bill (but not a mobile bill). Other documents include letters from HMRC or other government or local government bodies. This must have come through the POST (NOT THE INTERNET).

This must have your christian name and surname and address and must have a date within the last three months. I will need this for all persons who are requiring a notary service. 

Please note that I will need to take and keep a copy these documents as part of my money laundering register. For companies I will also require additional information. 

Most notary appointments take about 45 minutes.
